*Book an appointment now and see what your treatment options are. *Price includes initial visit, B12 injection and medication supplies. *Cost of initial labs are included. *Bi-weekly follow up visits is $125/month. *Each treatment is individualized for a safe and effective program, so we require a minimum of 3 months to ensure continuity of treatment and to reach your goal. *Signs and symptoms include: Fatigue, brain fogginess, low muscle tone, low strength, decreased sex drive, heart disease, irritability, insomnia, and Erectile dysfunction. * Not included in membership plans
Cancellation Policy
* Must book at least 4 hrs in advance. * Initial $ 25 Telemedicine consultation fee is due at appointment booking. If you proceed into treatment with us, we will credit your account. No show = no refund. * Cancel or Reschedule at least 24 hours before appointment time. Canceling appointment less than 24 hours before appointment time can result in forfeiting your consultation fee. * There is a $35 credit card return payment fee.
