Cancellation Policy

* Must book at least 4 hrs in advance. * Initial $ 25 Telemedicine consultation fee is due at appointment booking.  If you proceed into treatment with us, we will credit your account. No show = no refund.  * Cancel or Reschedule at least 24 hours before appointment time. Canceling appointment less than 24 hours before appointment time can result in forfeiting your consultation fee.  * There is a $35 credit card return payment fee.
